Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for data collection & clean-up in South East Asia region. Call pre-qualified sales leads to qualify the prospect.
2.Analyze prospect suppliers/buyers, visit suppliers/buyers to describe the Mfg product(s) and generate interest in an appropriate MFG subscription and to increase sales credit in South East Asia region.
3.Maintain good relation with all suppliers/buyers from these regions, provide service and support to them and responsible for the renewal.

Responsibilities:
1.Handle incoming calls, understand the needs of the customers and provide correct solutions and
information through standard call handling procedures.
2.Examine positive and negative feedback trends among customers and offer suggestions for improving our
service (follow up calls, training etc.) as well as the product that we provide (RFQ type, quality, ease of
use of the website etc.).
3.Collaborate closely with Renew Sales Team to renew current customers before the close of their renewal
month, by re-selling, meeting objections, highlighting points of value and educating customers on system
functionality in order to assist them with successfully utilizing our service.
